I had a good weigh in this week – down 3.2.
Either all my hard work is paying off OR these pills are actually working.
Along with taking this pills I am drinking lots of water, exercising lots and eating good. Anyway – lets see if these keeps up, if it does then it is the pills for sure!
One week done. 1.2 pounds lost. So far I think it is safe to say that Fitness Essence has NOT increased my weight lost. I lost more then this week without taking it. I believe this weight loss is due to my hard work – counting every calorie and exercising daily.
I do still notice a decrease in appetite and less craving. I didn’t really expect to see an increase in my weight loss though – I am just taking it just because.
The scale today was down 1.2 from Friday’s weigh in. And down 1.6 from the same time yesterday! Is it the fitness essence helping? Or is all my hard work finally paying off? Hard to say at this point.
I am noticing a lake in appetite and cravings! The last two days I have pretty much had to remind myself that I should have something to eat. I am not really hungry and don’t really feel like eating anything. I know sometimes I am not hungry but still want to eat, so this is good!
The women said it would raise my body temperature, so far I am still freezing! But I did notice that during my work out this morning I started to sweat sooner the normal, but that doesn’t mean anything.
No weight change yet (not that I expected one) – but I am going to keep going. I figure I will try this stuff for a month and see what happens. One bottle lasts two weeks.
Just a note that along with the fitness essence I am counting my calories and exercising lots! So I am not relying on this alone and I am working hard all around.
I started taking the Fitness Essence pills this morning. Not much to report yet, just wanted to say today was the start. Today was also weigh in, so it works out perfect. I weighed in this morning at 171.2 – so now it begins. Will this stuff really work?
Things are going good – I am working hard, exercising counting everything but the weight lose is slow. I know it won’t happen overnight and I am okay with that – but it just seems to be slow. I am probably being too impatient but anyway I was talking to someone today and they told me about this stuff they picked up at the chinease herbal store called fitness essence and how they lost 20 pounds in a month on it.
I know that all this stuff is a joke but what do I have to lose besides 40+ pounds and $40? So I went and picked some stuff. I am not one to usually fall for this stuff but I thought I would give it a shot, if it doesn’t work it doesn’t work. I googled in quickly and couldn’t find much on – I know there is miracle pill but I am going to give it a shot anyway!
I am going to start taking the Fitness Essence tomorrow, you take 2 pills twice a day – two before breakfast and two before lunch. The idea is it helps burn fat and decrease appetite (not that that is really a problem for me). We shall see, I will be sure to keep you updated.
