New Plan

For now…

My plan is to exercise 6 days a week in the morning. I hope to do at least 30min but it I don’t have time then something is better then nothing I figure.

I also want to exercise at least two evenings a week for an hour. If I want to add a third evening it can be less.

I am not counting my calories… guess that defeats the purpose of the domain name… I am positive I will go back to counting but for now I just want to watch what I eat. If I must have that scone from the coffee shop I will only eat half – that sort of thing. Just less, no counting. I am wondering if it is the counting that makes me mad and obsessed. I guess we will see how this workings.

The scale this morning said 174 but I am not doing an official weigh in until NEXT Friday.
