Fitness Essence

Things are going good – I am working hard, exercising counting everything but the weight lose is slow. I know it won’t happen overnight and I am okay with that – but it just seems to be slow. I am probably being too impatient but anyway I was talking to someone today and they told me about this stuff they picked up at the chinease herbal store called fitness essence and how they lost 20 pounds in a month on it.

I know that all this stuff is a joke but what do I have to lose besides 40+ pounds and $40? So I went and picked some stuff. I am not one to usually fall for this stuff but I thought I would give it a shot, if it doesn’t work it doesn’t work. I googled in quickly and couldn’t find much on – I know there is miracle pill but I am going to give it a shot anyway!

I am going to start taking the Fitness Essence tomorrow, you take 2 pills twice a day – two before breakfast and two before lunch. The idea is it helps burn fat and decrease appetite (not that that is really a problem for me). We shall see, I will be sure to keep you updated.

3 Goals for 2008!

First goal:
Lose weight – pretty obvious

Second goal:
Exercise for a total of 10,000 minutes

Third goal:
Do 700 miles of Walk Away the Pounds (WATP) videos

So far I am doing pretty good!
– I have lost a little over a pound
– Exercised for a total of 700 minutes
– 28 WATP miles done

Doing Great!

Hey everyone! I know I haven’t been posting – but I have been doing great! I have been staying within calories pretty much EVERYDAY for the past TWO WEEKS! I have also exercise EVERYDAY as well! YAY! *clap clap*

2008 is going to be another awesome year – I am ready to go and on track! I haven’t really lost anything… *yet*… but it is coming!

I bought some Walk Away the Pound videos, and they are fantastic! I love them! I actually look forward to waking up early to do one and when it is over I want to keep going (but can’t because I have to go to work!). I also bought a rebounder (mini trampoline) I just put on iPod on and jump jump jump – it’s lots of fun!

On a depressing note, I did gain more then 10 pounds between October and early January – so I am losing this same 10 pounds for the 3rd time! argh – but that is okay. I am feeling really good about this year, last year my heart just wasn’t into losing weight, but it really is this time.

So this blog is going to change a bit, I realized it was kinda stupid to post everything I ate and the exact calories in everything – plus it was time consuming. I am still going to post what I ate, but I am going to do it different – I am going to post what I plan to eat and then what I actually ate, so I compare if I go off track or whatever. And instead of making it a daily post, I am going to do a weekly post and just edit it everyday. I am also going to try and post more reviews, of different exercise, food, websites or whatever.

Goodbye 2007, Hello 2008

2007 is gone and I totally screwed a whole year. I didn’t really lose any weight, in fact I am probably started 2008 heavier then I started 2007. Damit. Anyway, it is a new year and this year is going to be the year. I am going to lose the rest of my weight, I am going to make it 130 pounds. I can do it and it starts today. My goals: 1200-1600 calories a dayat least 20 min of exercise 5 days a week 4-6 liters of water a day I am also going to save money this year, I got everything I wanted and more for Christmas and then I bought even more during boxing day sales – so now I am good for the year and I can save save save! but first I have to pay off all those credit card bills! But anyway, this is going to be the year! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
